Inventory and supply

The Inventory and supply section compares inventory and supply information for the From version and To version. It displays KPI tiles and a breakdown by site and warehouse.

The breakdown grid beneath the tiles lists, per site and warehouse:

  • Item number - The item this row is for (the affected item on the ECO line)

  • Company - The legal entity that owns this inventory record

  • Site - The operational site (plant/location) holding the inventory

  • Warehouse - The specific warehouse within that site

  • Available physical - On-hand quantity minus what's already physically reserved. What's truly free to pick right now

  • Total available - A forward-looking figure: available physical plus incoming supply (on order), showing what will be available soon, not just this second

  • Arrived - Quantity that has physically arrived (for example, received at the dock) but may not yet be fully put away or registered as on-hand

  • Physical reserved - Quantity physically on-hand that's already reserved against a specific sales order or production order

  • On order - Quantity still incoming on open purchase orders or planned production orders, not yet received

The items in the breakdown grid are editable. You can update the values directly in the grid where required.
