The Sales orders section of the Impact workspace displays open sales order lines affected by the selected ECO line.
Depending on the impact, you can use the following actions:
Block order to prevent a sales order line from progressing while it’s under review
Split to divide the ordered quantity between the current item and its replacement
Replace to replace the affected item with the item associated with the To version or another approved item
Reservation to review or update reservations for the selected sales order line
Note
The available actions depend on the line status, your security permissions, and the current reservation status.
If another user changes the sales order line after the impact was calculated, the displayed information might be out of date. Select the ECO line again to refresh its impact details before you take a corrective action.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure that:
The impact calculation is complete.
The affected sales order line appears in the Sales orders section.
You have permission to modify sales orders.
The sales order line hasn’t been fully delivered or invoiced.
