Manage purchase orders - Impact workspace

The Purchase orders section of the ECO Impact workspace displays open purchase order lines affected by the selected ECO line.

Depending on the impact, you can:

• Change the ordered quantity.

• Replace the affected item.

• Cancel the remaining quantity.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure that:

• The impact calculation is complete.

• The affected line appears in the Purchase orders section.

• You have permission to modify purchase orders.

• The purchase order line has an open quantity.

• The purchase order isn’t restricted by workflow, change management, or another purchasing process.
