In the Delivery Items list, you can find the items to be delivered for the transport task.
For each item set the delivery status:
When you have changed and saved the delivery status of an item, it is synchronized to the related work order line in D365 F&SCM. Note: If you are working offline, the item delivery status is not synchronized until you are back online.
1. | On the Transport Booking page, open the Delivery Items tab. |
2. | Do the delivery and set each item status accordingly. |

3. | Subtask: Enter delivery details. |
3.1 | In the Delivery Items section, double-tap the item. |

3.2 | You can change the delivered quantity of an item. For example, the quantity to be delivered is 3. However, on delivery you see one item is broken. You take it back with you. In this case, change the delivered quantity to 2. |
  | In the Delivered Quantity field, change the quantity. |
4. | Subtask: Add reason. |
4.1 | If you, for example, marked a delivery as skipped or you changed the delivered quantity, you can enter the reason that explains it. |
  | Tap the Reason field. |
4.2 | Search for the applicable reason. You can only use predefined reason codes. |
  | In the Look for Reason field, to find the desired reason code, you can:

4.3 | Select the desired reason code. |
5. | On the Delivery Item page, tap Save and tap Go Back (<). |

You can also set the item delivery status on the Delivery Item page. To do so, tap the floating action button and select the desired option. Note: On a Windows device or browser, on the taskbar, select the desired option.
