If set to ‘Yes’, you can add and track supplementary items that come with a rental order. To do this, select the "Charge costs" option.  Report damage Report damage You can report a damaged serialized item. To do so, click “Report damage”. You can enter the damage description and provide a picture of the damaged item. So, you can easily continue the return process for similar items. For example, items with the same work location or from the same customer as the previously returned item. To reset all applied filters, click “Clear”.  You can allow cross-company for a business object. When cross-company is allowed, the business object physical owner can differ from the legal entity of the return warehouse. To proceed with the mass return, click "F1:Back". 

As a result, the latest page from which you started an item return, is shown. For example, the latest page from which you started an item return is "Show related orders". If you click “F1:Back” when the item return is finished, the “Show related orders” page is shown.
