Confirm serialized item return |
Warehouse worker |
You can view the general information about the scanned serialized item. You can also adjust the return date, report item damage and charge costs. To proceed with the scanned serialized item, click “F4: Ok”. If you scanned or entered a main kit item, its supplementary items are shown separately. You can receive each kit and supplementary item separately. |
|
Change return date |
Warehouse worker |
A return date is assigned automatically to each return. You can manually assign another date. |
|
Charge costs |
Warehouse worker |
In D365 FO, on the Anywhere app parameters page, a ‘Charge costs for rental orders’ parameter is available for both bulk business objects and serialized business objects. If set to ‘Yes’, you can add and track supplementary items that come with a rental order. To do this, select the "Charge costs" option. |
|
Report damage |
Warehouse worker |
You can report a damaged serialized item. To do so, click “Report damage”. You can enter the damage description and provide a picture of the damaged item. If, in D365 FO, document handling is enabled, the damage description and a picture are added to the item as separate attachments. |
|
Enter meter value |
Warehouse worker |
If meters are defined for the item, you must enter the meter values. When you confirm the item return, automatically a next page is opened where you can enter the meter values. |
|
Finish item return |
Warehouse worker |
To finish the current item return, click "F4:Ok". As a result, the previous page with the order line view on the item level shows the new value in the “Quantity already returned” column. To proceed with the mass return, click "F1:Back". As a result, the latest page from which you started an item return, is shown. For example, the latest page from which you started an item return is "Show related orders". If you click “F1:Back” when the item return is finished, the “Show related orders” page is shown. |
