Mass return

In Rental Logistics Scanning, you can use Mass return to manage the receipt of mass return of rental items in a warehouse.

You can use Mass return to receive the returned serialized items.

 Confirm mass return Confirm mass return To finish a mass return, go to the main mass return page and click “F5: Confirm”. On the mass return confirmation page, you can view the list of items which are included in the current return.  For a selected item, you can:  Cancel its return. To do so, click Delete.  View its detailed information. To do so, click Detail.  To finish the current mass return, click “F4: Confirm”. As a result:  In D365 FO, the mass return status is set to “Confirmed”.  The mass return is no longer shown in the Rental Logistics Scanning app. End End Serialized Bulk

To finish a mass return, go to the main mass return page and click “F5: Confirm”. On the mass return confirmation page, you can view the list of items which are included in the current return.

  • View its detailed information. To do so, click Detail. 

To finish the current mass return, click “F4: Confirm”. As a result: 

In D365 FO, the mass return status is set to “Confirmed”. 

The mass return is no longer shown in the Rental Logistics Scanning app.
