When delivery trip processes are configured, you can create delivery trips to manage your shipping activities.
Although you can create delivery trips manually, if you have defined delivery routes you can automate this process. The program generates delivery trips based on the delivery routes assigned to outbound transactions.
You can also set up your locations so that warehouse personnel must record the picking activities performed to fulfil the requirements for each delivery trip. When this feature is enabled for a location, you cannot post a delivery trip until picking is completed for all assigned orders.
