Manually assign orders to delivery trips

An order without a defined delivery route is not automatically assigned to a delivery trip. You can manually assign these orders to existing delivery trips.

Steps

  1. In the search box, enter Delivery Trips, and then choose the related link.

  2. Click the value in the Unassigned Documents field in the fact box. The Delivery Trip Mgt-Unassigned page appears.

    You must release a document before you can select it for assignment. Open orders are not displayed in the Delivery Trip Mgt-Unassigned page.

  3. Select the order you want to assign to a trip.

  4. On the line, enter the delivery trip number in the appropriate field or use the lookup to select the correct delivery trip.

  5. Choose OK.
