As maintenance activities are completed, you can record maintenance costs against a particular work order. Record these costs through journals or purchase documents. Because a work order is associated with a specific asset, maintenance costs are also posted to the asset's maintenance ledger.
In addition to maintenance costs, you can specify the action taken for a specific work order, then mark it as completed.
