As work order activities are completed, record the maintenance results and then complete the work order. Completed work orders are maintained as historical maintenance information for an asset.

Steps
In the search box, enter Open Work Orders, and then choose the related link.
Open the work order you want to complete.
On the Action FastTab, record work order results in the fields.
Record more detailed results in the Corrective Action area if necessary. You can enter an unlimited amount of text in this area.
On the Navigate tab, in the Order group, choose Complete.
On the Complete Work Order page, fill in the fields.
Choose Yes to confirm your entries.
