You can contact a customer directly from a Rental Mobile Operations app.

You can contact a customer by:

  • Phone call
    An phone number must be defined in the Contact Phone field. To call, tap the phone icon.
    Your standard phone app is opened from where you can do the call.
    When you finish the call, you can add a name and description, and save it. It is saved to the related work order line.
  • Email
    An email address must be defined in the Contact Email field. To send an email, tap the email icon.
    Your standard email app is opened from where you can send the email.
