Disassemble asset
Application task

As a field service engineer, disassemble the asset, using the disassembly components as defined on the disassembly work order task.


Standard procedure

1. On the Booking page, open the Checklist tab. The Disassembly Instructions sections shows the components to be disassembled.
2. If you have disassembled a component, select it and tap Disassemble.
 

Note:

  • On a mobile phone, tap the overflow menu [...] button of the component, and tap Disassemble.
  • You can mark several selected components as disassembled at once. Select the desired components and, on the Disassembly Instructions section header, tap Disassemble. Note: On a mobile phone, on the Disassembly Instructions section header, tap the overflow menu [...] button, and tap Select. In the list select the desired components. Again, on the Disassembly Instructions section header, tap the overflow menu button and tap Disassemble.
