Assemble asset
Application task

As a field service engineer, assemble the asset, using the assembly components as defined on the assembly work order task.

When a picker completed picking assembly components, you receive a message that picking is done and assembly can start.


Standard procedure

1. On the Booking page, open the Checklist tab. The Assembly Instructions sections shows the assembly components to be used.
2. If you have assembled a component, select it and tap Assemble.
 

Note:

  • On a mobile phone, tap the overflow menu [...] button of the component, and tap Assemble.
  • You can mark several selected components as assembled at once. Select the desired components and, on the Assembly Instructions section header, tap Assemble. Note: On a mobile phone, on the Assembly Instructions section header, tap the overflow menu [...] button, and tap Select. In the list select the desired components. Again, on the Assembly Instructions section header, tap the overflow menu button and tap Assemble.

Notes

Only start assembly when you have received a notification that the assembly components are picked.
