Use the task time tickers to register:

  • Work time
  • Travel time
  • Break time
  • Extra time

If travel is needed, you can also register the mileage. Before signing off the task, review the recorded time lines on the Time overview page.

The fuel consumption item is defined in Rental Parameters, on the General tab, in the Fuel item field. Procedure 1. On the Task details page, tap 'Mileage'. 2. Select the applicable site and warehouse. Note: - The default site and warehouse are based on the Service warehouse as defined for your worker account in D365 FO.- If a site is selected, the warehouse dropdown only shows warehouses that are related to the selected site.- If no site is selected, and you select a warehouse, the related site is automatically selected.- If a site and warehouse are selected which are not the default site and warehouse, and you select the 'empty' value in the warehouse dropdown, the site is reset to the default site. 3. This also updates the related transaction on the Work order line transactions page in D365 F&SCM. Add a new time entry. This action creates an Hour-type transaction, using the selected registration type from the Rental Management mobile app. Delete a time entry. This action removes the entry from both the time overview and the Work order line transactions. Note: When working offline, synchronize with D365 F&SCM to create or update transactions. Procedure 1. On the Task details page, tap 'Time overview'. 2. On the desired time overview entry, tap the edit icon. 3. In the Entry section, you can make the desired changes. 4. Tap 'Confirm'. 5. On the action bar, tap '+'. 6. In the Entry section, fill in the fields. 7. Tap 'Confirm'. 8. On the desired time overview entry, tap the delete icon. Review and confirm time spent on task

  • Update a time entry. This also updates the related transaction on the Work order line transactions page in D365 F&SCM.
  • Add a new time entry. This action creates an Hour-type transaction, using the selected registration type from the Rental Management mobile app.
  • Delete a time entry. This action removes the entry from both the time overview and the Work order line transactions.

Note: When working offline, synchronize with D365 F&SCM to create or update transactions.
