You can define the details of a business object service agreement.

Specify the agreement relation level as one of the following:

  • All
  • Item group
  • Item
  • Business object

You can include or exclude maintenance plans based on available maintenance plan codes.

You can set pricing at the following levels:

  • All
  • Task group
  • Task

In the pricing section, define the price group, line property (for example, chargeable or non-chargeable), and the active time for the price code.

You can also specify subscription details, including the subscription group, fee category, and base price.

In the list, find and select the desired maintenance plan code. 7. Select the Include check box. 8. Click Save. In the Price groups field, enter or select a value. 8. In the Line property field, enter or select a value. 9. In the Max calls field, enter a number. 10. Click Save. Manage subscription Manage subscription You can manage subscriptions for a service agreement on a business object. You can define pricing at these levels: All Task group Task In the pricing section, define the following: Price groups Line property (for example, chargeable or non-chargeable) Effective period for each price code Procedure 1. Go to Work order project planning > Business object service agreements > All business object service agreements. 2. In the list, find and select the desired record. 3. Click Manage. 4. Click Details. 5. In the list, find and select the desired level of agreement relation. 6. In the Subscription group field, enter or select a value. 7. In the Name field, type a value. 8. In the Fee category field, enter or select a value. 9. In the Base price field, enter a number. 10. In the Invoice group field, enter or select a value. 11. Click Save.
