Multiple capabilities can be added to a resource. This is an optional setup. 

Capabilities can be setup on a task (under Task requirements). This can allow a validation when assigning the task to a resource from a plan board, whether the resource holds that capability to complete the task.

 

 


Standard procedure

1. Go to Work order project planning > Resources > Resources.
2. In the list, find and select the desired resource.
3. Click Add.
4. In the Capability field, enter or select a value.
5. In the Expiration field, enter a date.
6. Click Save.
