You can manually change the asset availability status if needed.

You can only change to statuses marked as "Allow manual change = Yes" in the asset status setup.

When changing to a lower-priority status, the business object status does not update automatically. After the change, go to the Business object asset availability transaction page and update the end date/time of the active transaction to a value at least one second before the start of the new transaction.

Standard procedure

1.	Go to Business objects > Business objects > All business objects.
2.	In the list, find and select the desired business object
3.	On the Action Pane, click Business object.
4.	Click Change availability status to open the drop dialog.
5.	In the Rental asset status field, enter or select a value.
6.	In the Start date/time field, enter a date and time.
7.	In the End date/time field, enter a date and time.
8.	In the Warehouse field, enter or select a value.
9.	Click Change.
