Use the item requirements journal to manage project-related consumption of non-rental items.
Item requirements for items such as fuel and instruments are created automatically during the Transfer to project wizard from the project rental quotation.
These item requirements remain open until delivery is processed.
After delivery, post the packing slip for the item requirements lines to register consumption.
| 1. | Go to Project management and accounting > Projects > All projects. |
| 2. | In the list, find and select the desired record. |
| 3. | Click Item. |
| 4. | Click New. |
| 5. | In the list, mark the selected row. |
| 6. | Click Lines. |
| 7. | In the list, mark the selected row. |
| 8. | In the Item number field, enter or select a value. |
| 9. | In the Activity field, enter or select a value. |
| 10. | Click Save. |
| 11. | Click the Product dimensions tab. |
| 12. | In the Site field, enter or select a value. |
| 13. | In the Warehouse field, enter or select a value. |
| 14. | Click Save. |
| 15. | Close the page. |
