You can specify a filter on several fields that are shown on the form.

You can enter the information of the conditional priorities that define how you can use business objects.

Standard procedure

1.	Go to Business objects > Setup > Business objects parameters.
2.	In the Dynamic field group field, enter or select a value.
3.	Select Yes in the Rental type field.
4.	Select No in the Item number field.
5.	Select No in the Object group field.
6.	Select Yes in the Object sub group field.
7.	Select No in the Current depot only field.
8.	Select Yes in the Filter on attributes field.
9.	Select Yes in the Available only field.
10.	Select No in the Current company only field.
11.	Select No in the Current objects only field.
12.	In the Counting Asset to Inventory journal field, enter or select a value.
13.	Click Save.
