For each text fragment, you can set up filters to define when the text fragment is applicable.

In the Perspectives section, on the Overview tab, in the list, find and select the desired record. 5. In the Text fragments section, on the Text fragments tab, click New. 6. In the Text fragment field, enter or select a value. Note: You can add a fragment only once to a perspective. 7. In the Text block id field, type a value. 8. Use the line number to define the sequence in which the text fragments are processed. This also defines the sequence in which text fragments within the same text block are added to this text block. In the Line number field, enter a number. Note: - If the number is 0, the fragment is not applied. - Make sure the line numbers are unique. 9. Select the Append new line check box. 10. Close the page. Notes If you set up text fragments for a perspective of output type Email, add the text fragments to the related template. You can also add text blocks to the related template.
