Review the ECM Look Up tool settings

Confirm that the ECM Look Up tool keeps its delivered read-only settings. This tool does not use the connection and environment inputs that the connector tools use.

  1. Sign in to Power Apps at make.powerapps.com and confirm the correct Environment in the top right corner.

  2. In the left navigation pane, select Solutions, and then open the STAEDEAN ECM+ Agent solution.

  3. In the Objects pane, select Agents, and then open the ECM+ Impact Agent to launch it in Copilot Studio.

  4. Select the Tools tab, and then open ECM Look up.

  5. Scroll through the tool and review its toggle settings. STAEDEAN delivers this tool with only the reading options enabled.

  6. Keep the toggle settings as delivered.

Note

Do not switch the toggle settings on or off. STAEDEAN tested the solution with these delivered settings, so the tool works correctly without any change. Changing the toggles can affect how the tool behaves.
