Point each connector tool at your environment and give it a working Microsoft Dataverse connection. Repeat every step for all four connector tools: Ecm Plus Sales Order Impact Drill-down (Details) 2, Ecm Plus Product Impact Analysis (by Product ID), Ecm Plus Staging Journal Line Impact Analysis (Business Impact), and Ecm Plus ECO Line Impact Analysis (Business Impact).
Sign in to Power Apps at make.powerapps.com and confirm the correct Environment in the top right corner.
In the left navigation pane, select Solutions, and then open the STAEDEAN ECM+ Impact Agent solution.
In the Objects pane, select Agents, and then open the ECM+ Impact Agent to launch it in Copilot Studio.
Select the Tools tab.
Select the tool that you want to configure, for example Ecm Plus ECO Line Impact Analysis (Business Impact), to open its details.
In the Details area, find the Connection field and check its status:
If the field shows a green indicator and your connection name, the tool is connected. Continue to step 8.
If the field shows Not connected or No connection selected, continue to step 7 to create a connection.
Create the connection:
Select the Connection field, and then choose to add a new connection. The Connect to Microsoft Dataverse dialog opens.
In Display name (optional), enter a name that helps you recognize the connection.
In Authentication Type, select Oauth.
Select Create, and then sign in with your credentials when prompted.
Wait for the green indicator to appear next to the connection. The green indicator confirms that the connection is active.
In the Inputs area, find the Environment input. It uses the Custom value option and shows the value UDE-ProductAddOnn, which is the STAEDEAN environment.
Change the Environment value to the name of the environment where you installed the ECM+ models.
Leave the other inputs as delivered:
Keep the Action Name input at its delivered value, for example ecm_EngPlmECOBusImpAPI.
Keep inputs that use Dynamically fill with AI, such as Change Order ID, at their delivered setting.
Select Save.
Return to the Tools tab and repeat steps 5 through 11 for the next connector tool.
Note
The Connection and the Environment value are the only items you change on these tools. Do not change the Action Name or the other input mappings, because the agent relies on them to run each analysis.
The connection step and the environment step are the same for all four connector tools. Only the tool name and its delivered Action Name differ.
