Confirm the agent configuration

Verify that every connector tool is connected and points at your environment, and that the agent returns the expected details before you start using it.

  1. Sign in to Power Apps at make.powerapps.com and confirm the correct Environment in the top right corner.

  2. In the left navigation pane, select Solutions, and then open the STAEDEAN ECM+ Agent solution.

  3. In the Objects pane, select Agents, and then open the ECM+ Impact Agent to launch it in Copilot Studio.

  4. Select the Tools tab.

  5. For each of the four connector tools, open the tool and confirm the following:    

    • The Connection field shows a green indicator.

    • The Environment input shows your environment name and not UDE-ProductAddOnn.

  6. Confirm that the ECM Look up tool keeps its delivered toggle settings.

  7. Use the Test your agent pane in Copilot Studio to ask the agent a sample question and confirm that it returns the expected details.

Note

If a tool still shows Not connected or points at the STAEDEAN environment, return to the task "Set the connection and environment for each agent tool" and correct that tool before you continue.
