Post release staging journals

This workflow execution outlines the step-by-step posting sequence for Post Release Staging Journals.

Steps

1. Go to Modules > Engineering change management > Periodic > PLM Integration > Post release staging journals.
   

2. In the Staging Journal Posting Engine dialog, click Filter and set the following conditions:

   • Scenario = Import release

   • Journal status = Open

3. Review the selected staging journal details.

4. Adjust Number of threads and Max levels as needed for performance.

5. Enable Batch processing and set Recurrence for background execution, if required.

6. Click OK to start posting.

7. The system validates and posts the release data to master product tables.

8. The Journal status updates to Posted once processing is complete.
