Use Delete kanbans to remove a kanban job that should no longer be executed. For example, remove a job when planning must create a replacement based on the updated product structure.
Steps
Go to Product information management > Engineering change management > Engineering change orders.
Open a released ECO you want to review.
On the Action Pane, in the Business impact group, select Open impact workspace.
The workspace opens for the selected ECO.
Note
If the ECO has no lines yet, the button is unavailable. Add at least one affected product first.
In the Kanban jobs section, locate the affected kanban job.
Select Delete kanbans.
The Delete kanbans pane opens on the right.
Review the kanban ID, job status, item number, and quantity.
Review the deletion warning.
Confirm that any related inventory or picking transactions can be reversed or removed.
Select Confirm to remove the job.
To close the pane without removing the job, select Cancel.
After the job is removed:
The kanban job is removed from active planning.
The record is removed from the kanban jobs list in the impact workspace.
