This section describes a recommended approach to migrate engineering products from a PLM system into Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management using the PLM Integration. The goal is to:
Create products in the engineering company
Release products to logistical (operational) companies
Add BOMs and routes in a controlled sequence
Reduce posting failures and deadlocks during bulk migration.
