Laboratories simultaneously perform the same analysis on multiple samples coming from different batches. For this reason, it is helpful to have the possibility to organize laboratory information, not only from a sample point of view but also by test or test method. This approach can make the result entry process more accessible and in line with standard laboratory procedures.
Life Sciences Quality Control & Assurance allows users to use the Test results data entry functionality (Life Sciences Quality Control & Assurance > Quality management > Test result data entry) to enter test results.
It allows filtering quality order lines by:
Item number
Site
Test group
Test
Test method
Reference number (of the linked purchase order/production order/route operation/sales order/project).
The list of quality order lines associated with the selected criteria is displayed, and the filterable columns (Quality order ID, Item number, Test, Test method, Sample ID, etc.) allow for further restriction of the results. Test results can be entered by pressing the Results button. Additionally, a note or comment can be added to the inserted test results to store or print additional information.
