Life Sciences Supply Chain Management aims to ensure comprehensive traceability across pharmaceutical products’ lifecycles. Disabling the Allow deletion of ended orders parameter in the Production control parameters form prevents the deletion of batch orders unless they are in a Created status. This change ensures critical data integrity and traceability, preventing unauthorized deletions that could impact product tracking and compliance.
It is possible to delete a batch order by resetting its status to Created via the Reset status button.
Note
If the Allow deletion of ended orders parameter is set to Yes, the standard behavior is applied, and users can delete batch orders with Status set to Ended.
