Life Sciences Cloud Compliance Suite supports the download and documentation of an environment’s configuration, starting from a configured data validation project.
Steps - Download configuration
To download a configuration, users must:
Configure a data validation project in the Data validation checklist workspace.
Go to Life Sciences Cloud Compliance Suite > Configuration management > Create data pack.
Specify information in the following fields:
Project name: The name of the project defined in the Data validation checklist workspace that users want to export.
Target data format: The format of the exported file among Flat XML and Nested XML.
Language: The language of the field labels exported by the system.
Additional parameters
The Life Sciences Cloud Compliance Suite offers additional parameters for fine-tuning the export process:
Exclude system fields: Allows users to exclude system fields from the exported files.
Attach to task: Allows users to decide if the generated export files should be attached to the data validation tasks of the project instead of being downloaded from the browser. If enabled, the system asks the user to fill in the Type field.
Type: Allows users to define the type of attachment the system will create (see point 2).
Substitute DataAreaId by: Allows users to define a code (max 4 digits) that the system will automatically substitute to the DataAreaId field in all the records that have it. The substitution allows future comparisons between records that have a key that is legal entity specific (for example, Number sequences).
Create data pack - Output
The Create data pack function allows to generate files in XML format. Two formats can be selected and differ in their structure:
Flat XML
