You can use a rental transfer journal to move rental equipment between locations within a warehouse or in different warehouses. You can move both bulk and serialized rental equipment.
Rental transfers reflect the immediate movement of rental equipment. In-transit inventory isn't tracked. If you need to track in-transit inventory, use a rental transfer order instead.
For each rental transfer journal line, two transactions are created:
One to register the quantity decrease at the "from" location.
One to register the quantity increase at the "to" location.
