You can view real-time rental inventory levels using the On-hand Rental Inventory report in the Business objects module.
The report includes warehouse locations such as the customer’s buffer, VANs, and depots. For each rental type, the on-hand grid shows:
Rental quantity
Not yet delivered
Not yet returned
You can run the report for a specific rental or transfer order.
Steps
Go to Business objects > Enquiries > On-hand rental inventory.
In the Rental type field, enter or select a value.
In the From date field, enter a date.
In the To date field, enter a date.
In the Warehouse field, enter or select a value.
Click Refresh data.
Close the page.
