Use default plan as template to manually add business object record

You can define a maintenance plan at the business object level.

Select a default maintenance plan to act as a template for the business object's maintenance plan. You can choose from existing default plans or those defined in the product from which the rental type originates.

Steps

  1. Go to Business objects > Business objects (deprecated) > All business objects.

  2. In the list, find and select the desired record.

  3. Enter the selected business object.

  4. On the Action Pane of the Business object record click Maintenance.

  5. Click Maintenance plans.

  6. Click New.

    Note

    Or click Add maintenance plans.

  7. In the Maintenance plan field, enter or select a value (A Default maintenance plan as a template).

  8. Click Save.
