Monitor AI inspections

Prev Next

When a technician performs an AI inspection in the Field Service app, the AI inspection is sent to D365 F&SCM. In D365 F&SCM, you can monitor the AI inspections of your business objects. You review the damages found by the AI damage detection agent.

If damage is found and no work order is connected yet, you can create a work order to have the business object repaired.

Notes

  • To use AI inspections, you need the AI Inspection license key.

  • AI inspections are not company-specific. You see the same AI inspections in each legal entity.

  • For more information on how to perform an AI inspection in the app, see Perform AI inspection.

Steps

  1. Go to Business objects > AI inspection > AI inspection.

  2. In the list, click the link of the desired AI inspection.

  3. Review the AI inspection header.

On the Lines tab, the AI inspection header section shows the main header fields. To see all header fields, open the Header tab.

  6. Sub-task: Create a work order (optional).

If damage is found and no work order is linked yet, you can create a work order to have the business object repaired. The work order is linked to the AI inspection.
