Create business object service agreement

Create a business object service agreement to define a customer service contract.

You can create agreements based on these business object categories:

• External

• Rental

• All business objects

You can choose from these relation types:

• All prospects

• Group of prospects

• Prospect

Specify a validity period for each agreement.

Link the agreement to a project if it is created for a specific prospect.

This activity focuses on agreements for a specific customer and a business object of type External.

Steps

1. Go to Work order project planning > Business object service agreements > All business object service agreements.

2. Click Business object service agreement.

3. In the Description field, type a value.

4. In the Service agreement group field, enter or select a value.

5. In the Relation type field, select 'Table'.

6. In the Relation account field, enter or select a value.

7. In the Currency field, enter or select a value.

8. In the Object filter category field, select 'External'.

9. In the From date field, enter a date.

10. In the To date field, enter a date.

11. Click Project to create new project or select existing Project ID and Project contract ID.

12. In the Project group field, enter or select a value.

13. Click new to create Project contract ID or In the Project contract ID field, enter or select a value.

14. Click OK.

15. Click Create project.

16. Click Save.
