As a Data Entry Workflow user, you can monitor the applicable data entry workflows directly from a form to which a data entry workflow template applies. To do so, on the form’s Action Pane, you can use the options in the History button group.
Note
The History button group only is available on forms with a data entry workflow template that supports the New record, Edit record, or Delete record operation.
Steps
Open a form to which a data entry workflow template applies.
On the Action Pane, in the History group, click the desired option:
In Progress: Shows the data entry workflows that are currently active for this form.
Completed: Shows the data entry workflows that finished successfully for this form.
Error: Shows the data entry workflows that ended in an error for this form.
Each option opens a dialog with a similar layout.
In the dialog, review the list of data entry workflows.
The list shows only data entry workflows for the current form and its applicable data entry workflow templates.
Note
By default, the list is sorted by Instance ID.

You can view the detailed information of a data entry workflow.
In the list, click the desired Instance ID (link).On the Workflows page, view the workflow history, the entered data, and any errors or approvals. See also: Monitor data entry workflows.
Close the page.
Close the dialog.
