Each integration run results in history records. History records can be logged for:
Projects
Tasks
Web service actions
Messages
Service Bus queues
Test cases
You can clean up the logged history manually or in recurring mode.
For example, you want to keep history records for six months. Each week, you can do a cleanup, deleting history records older than six months.

Steps
Click Connectivity studio - Integration operations.
Click Clean up Connectivity studio history tables.
You can clean up history for:
Specific projects: Select the desired projects.
All projects: Do not select a project.
In the Project field, enter or select a value.
Select the period for which you want to keep the history records. All history records older than the defined period are deleted.
In the Number of days field, select an option.
If you selected Custom in the Number of days field, manually define the number of days for which you want to keep the history records. All history records older than the defined number of days are deleted.
In the Custom field, enter a number.
Note
The number of days must be greater than zero.
Sub-task: Set up batch processing.
Usually, you clean up the logged history in batch in recurring mode.
Expand the Run in the background section.
Select Yes in the Batch processing field and fill in the fields as desired.
Click Recurrence and fill in the fields as desired.
Click OK.
Click OK.
Close the page.
