Procedure 1. Click Business process management. 2. On the Solutions tab, in the list, find and select the desired solution. 3. Click Edit. 4. Click the Parameters tab. 5. Expand the Business process reference numbers section. 6. In the Format field, type a value. 7. You can show assigned reference numbers in the business process hierarchies and in the business process titles on the previews. Select Yes in the Show Reference field. Note: If Yes, and you: - Use an Azure DevOps integration, the business process reference numbers are included in the work item titles. - Publish to web, the reference numbers are included in the help navigation pane and topic titles. - Export to LCS, you can indicate that reference numbers must be included in the process names. - Publish a document, the reference numbers are included in the headings in the document. 8. Close the page.
