As a Data entry workflow manager, you can delegate data entry workflow task assignments to other users.
For example, an assigned user can have scheduled a vacation or some days off. For this period, you can schedule the delegation of workflow task assignments to another user.
You can also edit disabled workflow task assignment delegations.
1. | Go to Data entry workflow > Design > Delegation > All workflow assignment delegation. |
2. | Click New. |
3. | Define the user which workflow task assignments you want to delegate to another user. |
  | In the User ID field, enter or select a value. |
4. | Select the desired scope of the delegation:

  | In the Scope field, select an option. |

Note: In the delegation setup, an overlap can exist. In this case, the priority sequence to search for the applicable delegation is from specific to generic: Workflow > Category > All. |
5. | If the scope is:

  | In the Name field, enter or select a value. |
6. | Define the user to which the assignment is delegated. |
  | In the Delegate field, enter or select a value. |
7. | Define the start date and time of the delegation period. |
  | In the Start date/time field, enter a date and time. |
8. | Define the end date and time of the delegation period. |
  | In the End date/time field, enter a date and time. |
9. | Close the page. |
