To clean up data entry workflow history, usually, you run a recurring batch job.
The history is deleted based on the cleanup settings of the data entry workflow templates.
| 1. | Go to Data entry workflow > Periodic > Clean up history. |
| 2. | You can clean up the history for workflows that are based on a specific data entry workflow template. To clean up the workflow history for all applicable data entry workflow templates, leave the Template field empty. |
|   | In the Template field, enter or select a value. |
| 3. | Sub-task: Set up batch processing. |
| 3.1 | Expand the Run in the background section. |
| 3.2 | Usually, the history cleanup is run in batch. |
|   | In the Batch processing field, select an option. If Yes, also fill in the other fields. |
| 3.3 | Usually, you run the history cleanup in a recurring pattern. |
|   | Click Recurrence and fill in the fields as desired. |
| 3.4 | Click OK. |
| 4. | Click OK. |
