You can import one or more data entry workflow templates from an XML file that is exported from another D365 FO environment.
1. | Go to Data entry workflow > Design > Data entry workflow templates. |
2. | On the Action Pane, click General. |
3. | Click Import workflow template from file. |
4. | Click Select configuration file to browse for and select the desired XML file. |
5. | On import, configurable labels are imported as well. An imported configurable label can have another text than the configurable label in the current environment.
|
  | Select Yes in the Overwrite shared labels field. |
6. | You can run the import in the background. So, you can continue working while the workflow template configuration is imported. |
  | Select Yes in the Run in background field. |
7. | Click OK. |
8. | If an imported workflow template already exists, you get the question if you want to overwrite the existing workflow template. |
  | Click the desired answer: Yes or No. |
9. | Close the page. |
