Open the exception log to review the individual validation failures and duplicate matches found by a specific assessment run.
Prerequisites
An assessment run exists and has produced failed results.
Steps
Press Alt+Q to open the Tell Me search.
Enter Validation History and select the page from the results.
Select the assessment run you want to review.
Select Show Log. The Quality Assessment Exception Log opens.
Review each result line.
Column | Description |

Assessment Run ID | The run that produced the result. |
Policy ID | The policy that produced the result. |
Table | The entity that was checked. |
Record ID | The record that failed. |
Check Type | Validation or Duplicate. |
Field(s) | The field or fields that failed. When a record has multiple validation failures, this appears as a link that opens the full list of failed fields and outcome messages. |
Outcome | Whether the result is an error or a warning. |
Message | The message defined on the rule. |
Status | Open, Accepted Deviation, or Resolved. |
Results
You can review every failed validation and duplicate issue for the selected run and decide how to act on each one.

From the exception log you can open the source record to correct it, review duplicate details, or accept a deviation.
