Review duplicate result details to compare a record with the records the assessment identified as its duplicates before you decide how to resolve them.
Prerequisites
An assessment run has produced duplicate failures.
Steps
Press Alt+Q to open the Tell Me search.
Enter Validation History and select the page from the results.
Select the assessment run that contains duplicate results, and then select Show Log.
In the Quality Assessment Exception Log, select a result line where Check Type is Duplicate.
Select View Duplicate Lines. The Duplicate Result Details page opens.
Compare the details of the source record and each duplicate candidate.

Matching Fields | The fields used to compare the records. |
Matching Values | The values that matched. |
Duplicate Check ID | The duplicate check that produced the match. |

Results
You can see exactly why two records were flagged as duplicates, which helps you decide whether to merge or correct one of them or to accept the deviation.
