View Lifecycle instances

The Lifecycle Instances page shows a list of Lifecycle records.

To view Lifecycle instances

  1. Choose the   icon (Alt+Q).

  2. Type LifeCycles to open the LifeCycles list.

  3. Select a Lifecycle.

  4. Select Instances to open the list of instances:

Field

Description

Record ID

Identifies the record.

State Code

Identifies the Lifecycle state.

Pending

Identifies whether the state is pending.

No. of Entries

Shows Lifecycle entry history information.
