You can set up PM frequencies with frequency settings. You can then assign frequency codes to preventive maintenance orders, and the program uses the associated frequency settings to determine the next date on which the order's specified maintenance activity should be performed.
Steps
In the search box, enter PM Frequencies, and then choose the related link.
On the Home tab, in the New group, choose New.
On the new line, fill in the fields.
