You can instruct the program to reschedule the production activities assigned to a piece of equipment. The times at which these activities are scheduled are automatically adjusted so that each activity directly follows the one scheduled immediately before it.
Steps
In the search box, enter Production Sequence, and then choose the related link.
Enter values in the Location and Date fields.
The lines on the Production Sequence page display equipment records based on the values specified in these fields.
Use the Expand icon to display the production activities scheduled to a particular piece of equipment.
To rearrange the order in which a scheduled production activity is performed, select it and on the Actions tab, in the General group, choose Move Up or Move Down. The line moves one space in the selected direction.
With the equipment record selected, on the Actions tab, in the General group, choose Reschedule.
The starting and ending times of the production activities assigned to the equipment are modified so that there is no overlap in the scheduled activities.
