Link service items to a service object

Use the Service Object page to link service items.

Steps

1. In the search box, type Service Object.

2. Select Service Object to open the list of available service objects.

3. Select the service object to link service items to and click Edit to open the Service Object card.

4. Select the Lines FastTab to add service items.

5. Complete the following fields:

   Field	Description
   Project No. and Project Description	When the service item is linked to a project, the Project No. and Project Description fields are also populated.
   Type	Select Service Item. You can also select Service Object if the current service object is a parent service object.
   No. and Description	Select a service item from the drop-down list. The Description is retrieved from the service item. Only service items for the customer and location are listed.
