Create new versions of item processes when, for example, a component is replaced by a cheaper or better-quality item, or when a customer requires a special version of a product.
Steps
In the search box, enter Item Processes, and then choose the related link.
Select the item process that will have a new version.
On the Versions FastTab, choose New Version to open an empty item process version card.
The newly created version is automatically assigned the status New.
The time validity of the version is specified by the Starting Date field.
If desired, copy the data from a previous version to the new version.
Fill in the fields of the new item process version.
Resize the batch if desired.
When you are done, change the Status field to Certified.
