When you save a note, it is synchronized to the related work order header notes in D365 F&SCM. To view the work order notes in D365 F&SCM, on the Work order page, select a work order line, and click Additional notes, Header notes. Note: If you are working offline, a saved note is not synchronized with the work order header notes in D365 F&SCM until you are back online. |

Sometimes you cannot deliver or pick up the items for a transport task. For example, the site gate is closed and no one is available to open it. In this case, you can report 'Gate Closed' for the transport task. As a result, the transport task is completed automatically. You do not need to manually mark the delivery or pickup items as 'Skipped'. If you report a transport task as 'Gate Closed':
