You can register task-related costs, also called fees. So, costs that are not hours or items.
When you confirm a new costs entry:
1. | On the Task details page, tap 'Other costs'. |

2. | To add an 'other costs' entry, on the action bar, tap '+'. |
  | |
3. | In the Entry section, fill in the fields as desired. |
4. | Tap 'Confirm'. |
5. | You can change an 'other costs' entry. |
  | On the Other costs page, for the desired entry, tap the edit icon: |
  | |
6. | In the Entry section, make the desired changes. |
7. | You can delete an 'other costs' entry. |
  | On the Other costs page, for the desired entry, tap the delete icon: |
  |
You can only change or delete an 'other costs' entry if the related work order line transaction in D365 FO is not posted.
